CTTS process checklist:
- Eligibility.
- Orientation interview.
- Intake for Primary Torture Survivor.
- Intake (Screening) for Secondary Torture Survivor.
- Mental Health and Trauma Screening.
- Neurological Screening / Neuro-trauma screening.
- Wraparound Strengths and Needs Assessment.
- Wraparound Wellness Plan.
- Clinical Psychosocial Assessment (if referred to mental health treatment).
- Clinical Treatment Plan (by Therapist if needed).
- Quarterly Wellness Status Update.
- Exit / Termination/ Closure Interview.
