CTTS Application Process for Eligibility

CTTS process checklist:

  • Eligibility.
  • Orientation interview.
  • Intake for Primary Torture Survivor or oppressed refugee.
  • Intake (Screening) for Secondary Torture Survivor (close family members).
  • Mental Health and Trauma Screening.
  • Neurological Screening / Neuro-trauma screening.
  • Wraparound Strengths and Needs Assessment.
  • Wraparound Wellness Plan.
  • Clinical Psychosocial Assessment.
  • Clinical Treatment Plan (by Therapist).
  • Psychiatric services and medication review
  • Quarterly Wellness Status Update.
  • Exit / Termination/ Closure Interview.
