INSPECTIONS

Division of Environmental Health food protection staff permits
and inspects 1800 restaurants, caterers and other food service
establishments every year. The permitting process combined with
regular inspections and continuing education allows the Board
of Health to set and maintain a high standard for food quality

SWIMMING
POOL INSPECTIONS
Whenever a pool is open (seasonally or year-round)
it is inspected at least once a month. Each beach is tested at
