Teens can check out the latest in prom fashions, flowers and limousines at Party Wise. The event will include a fashion show, health and safety information, door prizes and refreshments. Party Wise will be Friday, March 8, from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. in the Emerson Student Center at 3000 Woodrow Way on the Oglethorpe University campus.
