Become a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM)
Restaurant owners, managers and caterers, get ahead of the game in food safety knowledge. This certification training provides information about the critical elements of food preparation from receiving to delivery to the customer.

Schedule
All classes run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Classes will only be held if there are at least 10 registrants.
