    Patients who have scheduled appointments MUST arrive at their scheduled appointment times.
    We will not accept patients who arrive earlier. They will be asked to return at their scheduled time.

    COVID-19 Vaccine is not available at our health centers. Please do not call our health centers directly.

    Given that supplies of the COVID-19 vaccine are limited at this time, the Board of Health is following the
    Georgia Department of Public Health’s Vaccine Rollout Plan.

    The vaccine is in high demand and supply still remains very limited. Vaccines will be given by appointment only based on vaccine availability.
    If there are no appointments available, that means we have exhausted our supply of the vaccine.
    We will not release additional appointments until we have received more doses of vaccine to ensure we can meet the demand.
    No on-site registration will be permitted.

    Everyone who desires the COVID-19 vaccine will ultimately be able to get a shot.

    However, until additional vaccine becomes available and allows for expansion to other phases,
    we ask for the public’s patience and understanding during this process.

  • All health centers are open. Please call before coming to your local health center to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins will be accepted on a limited basis.
  • Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic: WIC voucher pickup available at all health centers. We offer a drive-thru voucher pick-up at the Tucker WIC office.  For voucher re-certification, please call (404) 508-7777 before coming. All WIC services are available between 8:15 a.m until 5 p.m. for all health centers.
  • Vital Records:The office will be closed to the public. Birth and death certificates are available online at dekalbhealth.net/vital-records/.
  • Ryan White Clinic: Please call before coming to the clinic.
