Delphyne Lomax has recently joined the Board of Directors of the DeKalb County Board of Health.

Ms. Lomax is a principal with V & L Research and Consulting, a market research firm with expertise in specialty marketing.  She is a skilled focus group moderator, facilitating for organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Proctor & Gamble, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, McDonald’s Corporation and many others.  Ms. Lomax has moderated numerous groups of children, teens, young adults, adults and seniors of all ethnic and racial backgrounds.

A community volunteer, Ms. Lomax currently serves on the DeKalb Medical Center at Hillandale’s Community Advisory Board and on the board of Unconditional Love for Children.  She is a member and former chair of the Live Healthy DeKalb Coalition, and has served as a community investment volunteer with United Way.

Ms. Lomax holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio.
